Our client is a fantastic award winning and global export company based in London with an enviable reputation within the luxury goods sector.
**LOCATION**
**HYBRID ROLE - 3 DAYS A WEEK IN THE LONDON OFFICE (ZONE 2) - 2 DAYS A WEEK REMOTE**
**SALARY - £25,000 - £27,000 pa depending on skills**
**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
Our prestigious client in the luxury goods sector is looking to recruit a French or Spanish speaking Customer Service Executive (B2B) to join a fantastic international export team.
This is a permanent role which will include the following duties and responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer enquiries
- Processing of orders
- Liaising with other departments (logistics etc) to provide the necessary export documentation
- Attending events and exhibitions when required
- Communicating with sales representatives in the French or Spanish speaking market
**CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE / SKILLS**
- Fluent French or Spanish is essential
- Experience in customer service, all sectors considered including retail/hospitality
- Excellent at prioritising and able to work to deadlines
- Fantastic communication skills
**WORKING HOURS**
- Monday to Friday 9.00 - 17.00 with an hour for lunch
SALARY
£25,000 - £27,000 pa plus benefits and excellent career progression opportunities including the possiblity for salary to increase
