**Business Development Executive**

**Cheltenham**

**Salary: £21,000 - £25,000 pro-rata 25 hours per week**

**The Role**:
The Business Development Executive is of high important to the growth of the company. The BDE will be building the sales pipeline through targeted outbound calling, developing a social media presence and capitalising on social media interaction with potentialclients. You will be targeted on the leads generated for the Creative Account Managers.

**Experience and Skills**:

- Business development experience
- Experience using CRM systems
- Able to build rapport quickly
- Ability to react effectively to challenging situation
- Great problem solving with a creative edge
- Excellent ability to self-motivate to achieve goals
- Some passionate about their self-development
- Experience working with KPI's
- Cold Calling experience
- Good knowledge of all social media channels
