**Job Overview**

To clean and maintain MOJ portfolio supported accommodation programmes to ensure that they operate as smoothly and effectively as possible.

The role may also involve assisting with move-ins and move-outs of clients.

**Responsibilities & Duties**

Managing a number of properties within **Cambridgeshire, Norfolk, Peterborough** that will home occupants in shared Houses in Multiple occupancy and self-contained units who are being housed by the Local Authority. You will be engaging with individuals with complex needs and will need to be able to work with mínimal supervision and have experience of lone working.
- Cleaning void rooms/properties to prepare them for new residents.
- Remove rubbish and dispose of correctly.
- Check kitchen appliances are clean and free from hazards and common part areas are free from hazards.
- Ensure that houses are hygienic and well maintained.
- Report any repairs to the maintenance office team.
- Support when no lone working is required.
- Assisting in the cleaning of any common parts if shared accommodation.
- Carrying out end of tenancy clearance/cleans in properties.
