While we are known for amazing rewards to celebrate big achievements, to get there you need to have an “I’ll do whatever it takes” mindset to get the tasks at hand done. **Duties and Responsibilities** Your job is to work alongside the sales team, assisting with day-to-day administration and clerical duties. Ideally you bring knowledge of customer service but your main asset is your proactive approach, that will allow us to keep customers updated and sales opportunities flowing. - Welcoming visitors and guests - Assist with sales and marketing activities including sending direct mail - To be one of the key contacts within the business, liaising as necessary across all departments to ensure customers receive a comprehensive response within agreed timescales - Liaise with the operations team to ensure customer orders are correct and the customers’ expectations for delivery are met - Attend networking events and meeting face-to-face with clients **Skills and Abilities** - Impeccable grammar (written and verbal) - our standards are sky high - Excellent communication skills - Excellent time management skills - Excellent problem-solving skills - ability to think quickly and critically - Passionate about helping others - Flexibility - we move FAST.
