**Graduate Recruitment Consultant - Trainee - Recruitment - The Role**

Located in vibrant city centre offices, this role can offer you a structured 18 months training programme with a bespoke approach to assist in helping you achieve your professional and personal goals.

As well as the bespoke programme, you will also be paired with a senior Recruitment Consultant who will be your mentor from day one - always on hand for any questions or advice.

As well as all the above, you will also be offered generous starting salary of **£20,000** a year, combined with uncapped commission which can see you earn up to **£4 0,000** in your first year.
