We are currently recruiting for a career-driven, commercial Audiologist to be the Head of Audiology for the group, spearheading the expansion with own ideas and plans, providing strong leadership and vision to help achieve the ambitious goals of the company.

This role is highly autonomous and will require an individual that possesses a high commercial desire and aptitude to grow an Audiology business - demonstrating an incisive understanding of the commercial realities of running a profitable business.

**Responsibilities**
- To lead the Audiology services to deliver a profitable, world-class service, maximising opportunities for growth
- To drive Audiology through clinical excellence and outstanding client journey and build the business to be recognised equally for Audiology and Optometry
- Work in close liaison with the Senior Leadership team to implement your business plan
- Provide hearing tests and thorough aftercare to patients
- Explore new opportunities to expand and grow the Hearing Care arm of the business
- In time, build, manage and lead a team of Audiologists; ensuring that individual and departmental budgets/targets are met

**About You**:

- A minimum of 5 years’ private Audiology experience - HCPC registered
- Strong track record of dispensing hearing aids from various manufacturers
- Experience in people management and developing business would be advantageous
- Acute awareness of how important company culture is in driving business
- Ability to recognise commercial opportunities within Audiology
- Understanding the role of budgeting and forecasting (desirable)
- Location: South East England
