The Business Change Team work on a variety of Programmes/ Projects, both internally and client led. We work as part of change delivery, to determine the business impacts of any major changes, to prepare those that are impacted and support the embedding of change into business as usual.

This role is key to ensuring that UK SBS is proactively managing and delivering the benefits of the business changes resulting from its major change programmes.

The success of this role is dependent on effective collaboration with colleagues across UK SBS and Business Change Leads within our key stakeholders.

As the Business Change Lead, you will be responsible for the following:

- Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of UK SBS’s major change programmes and the resulting business change impacts.
- Acting as a point of contact and champion for business change to provide complex advice and guidance through to resolution.
- Supporting senior colleagues to work collaboratively and coordinate change plans on cross-team/pillar projects, ensuring that operations, services, and programmes are developed to meet changing business needs.
- Developing professional relationships with senior stakeholders and colleagues to share and utilise information, advise and influence Senior Management Team.
- Using substantial judgement, creativity, and flexibility to resolve problems, contributing significantly to decisions taken by senior colleagues and being persuasive in recommending a course of action.

This role may suit someone already working in a similar environment but wanting to expand their knowledge and depth of skills or maybe you are someone looking for your next career step. Either way, if you can demonstrate the following skills and experience, we would love to hear from you:

- Change management qualification (APMG) or proven experience in the field.
- Significant influencing skills with the ability to work collaboratively, flexibly, and to deliver through others.
- Excellent communication abilities, combined with effective influencing, negotiating and representational skills.
- Experience of supporting the development and implementation of changes to deliver strategic goals.

In return for your skills and experience we can offer you flexible and remote working options for a 37hr week with start and finish times between 8am - 6pm. Our team usually work from home and come into the office once a week, but we are flexible on this too. If it helps, there is even flexibility on which office you base yourself from - Swindon or Newport.
