Right now we are recruiting for a Senior M365 Consultant to join our Technology team.

**Job Role**

As a Senior M365 Consultant at CTS you will work within the Professional Services team to achieve effective delivery of customer projects and engagements. You will focus on client migrations to Exchange 365, Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Intune and implementing secure conditional access and compliance policies for our clients.

The successful individual will assist in the creation of standards and the adoption of new technology in the M365 space alongside the M365 Team Lead. They will be responsible for ensuring that standards are adhered to across the business and will assist in mentoring other members of CTS in delivery and management of M365 solutions.

**You will also**:

- Achieve performance with the delivery of client activity to budget and timeframes.
- Ensure delivery of any activity to the highest professional standards.
- Ensure a good relationship between the client and CTS.
- Take ownership and deliver projects from pre-sales to effective handover to support.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget and maintained to a high standard.
- Ensure that effective change control methodologies are operated with clients.
- Assist in maintaining client satisfaction with project delivery.
- Ensure the achievement of targeted billable hours.
- Ensure the capture of time recording for all activity - billable and non-billable.

**Essential Criteria**

In this client-facing role, you will need excellent communication skills with strong attention to detail. You will be self-motivated and also have the ability to work within a team. You will have strong technical and analytical skills, with vast experience of the below technologies:

- Expert knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Autopilot, Exchange Online, SharePoint and OneDrive
- Previous experience working in a Professional Services role focused on M365
- Experience with PowerShell, with the ability to read and write scripts.
- Experience and understanding of basic infrastructure such as DNS, DHCP, AD, GPO, Windows server etc.
- Complete understanding of Conditional Access, MFA
- Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure experience, Office 365, provisioning, and migration including DNS, AD, OneDrive and other integrated infrastructure requirements.
- Solid understanding of networking principles at a minimum of CCNA level.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 licenses and applicable technologies to each license
- Experience of troubleshooting, in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to clearly document requirements, specifications and processes.

**Desirable Criteria**
- Experience with AIP, OME, DLP is a plus
- Experience working in a managed services provider.
- Degree-level education is preferred but not essential.
- A professional level qualification in one or more Cloud disciplines from Microsoft, AWS or VMware
