**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers and teams.
- Maintain project documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
- Handle data entry tasks with precision, ensuring information is correctly inputted into relevant systems.
- Manage communications with clients and stakeholders.
- Organise project files and ensure easy access to information for team members.

**Skills**
- Proven office experience with a strong administrative background.
- Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
- Strong data entry capabilities with attention to detail.
- Previous clerical experience is preferred.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Up to £26,000.00 per year
