**Are you the calm in a storm? Can you offer safety, consistency and care to children who need it most?**

We’re looking for therapeutic support workers to join our home—a safe, nurturing space for children who’ve experienced trauma. Every day is different. Every connection matters.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be a trusted adult for children aged 6-17
- Build relationships rooted in empathy, patience and play
- Support daily routines, emotions and development
- Help young people find their voice and thrive
- Work closely with therapists and care teams
- Model calm, kindness and structure—even on tough days

**What You’ll Need**:

- Full UK Drivers Licence
- A big heart and strong boundaries
- Resilience and a sense of humour
- Willingness to learn trauma-informed care
- 12x Month’s direct experience working with children and young people.
- Completion or willingness to complete level 3 Qualification in Children and Young people.
- Shift flexibility, including sleep-ins
