We're looking for a Therapeutic Team Leader to help guide our residential team in supporting children who've experienced trauma. You'll model reflective practice, lead by example, and make sure every child and every staff member is held with compassion and care.

What You'll Do:

· Provide strong, trauma-informed leadership to a team of support workers

· Be a key adult for children aged 6–17, building safe, trusting relationships

· Oversee care planning, routines, and day-to-day running of the home

· Support young people through emotional regulation, behaviour and growth

· Facilitate team meetings, supervision, and development

· Work collaboratively with therapists, social workers and senior leaders

· Promote a culture of safety, stability, and attunement

What You'll Need:

· Full UK Driver's Licence

· Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential)

· Level 5 Leadership and Management (or willingness to work towards)

· Experience working in children's residential care (min. 2 years)

· Proven ability to lead, mentor and inspire a team

· Strong understanding of trauma, attachment and safeguarding

· Calm, consistent and child-focused under pressure
