The primary purpose of the Security Helpdesk role is to provide support to our engineers and deal with any customer queries that may arise, booking in appointments and responding to reactive call outs.

- Vehicle checks
- Deliveries
- Orders (basic)
- Scanning
- Cleansing data on Alarm Master software package
- Answer phones
- General Admin
