**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inbox Management**:

- Efficiently manage and organize inboxes, ensuring timely responses and prioritizing important correspondence.
- **Director Assistance**:

- Provide administrative support to the director of the company, assisting with tasks such as scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination.
- **Finance Duties**:

- Log into the accounts inbox to allocate purchase orders and designate jobs to ensure invoices are paid on time.
- Assist with basic finance duties, such as data entry and invoice processing.
- **Flexibility**:

- **Long-Term Commitment**:
**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Proven experience in administration, preferably in a construction or related industry.
- Basic finance skills, including experience with invoice processing and purchase orders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable in a male-dominated environment and not easily offended by laddish banter.

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
