Sim Fire & Security are a well established electronic security business based in the outskirts of Glasgow.

Our electronic security solutions are structured around our customers’ demands. With over 20 years’ experience in the Industry, we have developed the most advanced integrated packages across the board specialising in CCTV, intruder alarms, door access and fire alarm systems. We are a NSI Gold and BAFE approved business and have a firmly established client base both of domestic and commercial customers spanning across Scotland and the rest of the UK.

Due to ongoing expansion across our business, we are actively seeking a highly motivated and proactive office administrator on a full time permanent basis.

Overview:
**What you will be doing**

The main goal of this role is to provide administrative support to ensure the smooth and effective running of the office.

**You will**:

- Take calls from engineers and customers relating to enquiries
- Order parts for engineers
- Call customers to book engineer visits
- Update CRM system with any amendments required
- Support the Operations with any administration requests
- Manage maintenance contracts ensuring new contracts are processed through CRM for invoicing, and maintenance engineers are booked
- Deal with customer disputes

WORKING HOURS: 35 hours per week | Monday to Friday | 9-5 | Fully office based

**Qualifications**

**What We Would Like You To Bring**
- You’ll have previous administrative / customer service experienceideally from a service / engineering background
- Ideally some experience dealing with customer disputes
- You’ll haveIT literacy skills - we use multiple systems, both inhouse portals and Microsoft systems
- You‘ll be anatural communicatorwith an ability to build rapport with your colleagues
- You’ll be proactive with the ability to prioritise workloads & multitask effectively
- You’ll behighly organised and able to work to deadlines

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £25,000.00 per year
