PART TIME EXPIERENCED OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIRED TO WORK 16 HOURS PER WEEK OVER 3 DAYS **MUST** BE FLEXIBLE FOR HOLIDAY AND SICKNESS COVER. RECEPTION AND GENERAL ADMIN OFFICE DUTIES.
- MUST BE FULLY CONVERSANT WITH ALL ASPECTS OF SALES AND CREDIT LEDGER
- COMPUTER LITERATE
- A KNOWLEDGE OF SAGE AN ADVANTAGE
- TRAINING WILL BE GIVEN
- MULTITASKING WITH THE ABILITY TO PRIORITISE TASKS
- ABILITY TO WORK ON OWN INITIATIVE AND AS PART OF A TEAM
- GOOD WRITTEN AND VERBAL COMMUNICATION SKILLS
- CUSTOMER FACING THEREFORE A PLEASENT AND FRIENDLY MANNER REQUIRED

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nottingham, NG9 8HR: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
