Crown Worldwide Group currently has an opening for a **Fleet Administrator**
**Principal Objective**
In this role you will assist administrating all UK fleet and fleet related activities and compliance through overseeing the activities of our Fleet Management service providers.
You will contribute to the development of our business through enhanced profitability and improved quality, by providing the highest standard of services and providing timely and thorough communications and reports to the Head of UK Operations.
**Key Responsibilities**
- A developing role within an exciting and rapidly expanding business to oversee all fleet related activities.
- Tasks will include:
- Ensuring all local managers are following processes, procedures and fleet software.
- Auditing Crown site fleets against set KPIs.
- Providing reports and statistics on driver behaviour, fuel, accidents, parking fines and EU hours regulations.
- Assist in ensuring fork-lift truck service, maintenance and repair compliance.
- Operations compliance (laws & regulations) including licensing, tax, vehicle maintenance, working time regulations, ‘O’ Licencing, company policies & procedures, vehicle security and ordering parts for local maintenance tasks.
- Co-ordinate and assist with BAR, FORS and DVSA audits.
- Ensure MID integrity is maintained.
- Ensure fleet is updated TFL, DART and UK wide clean air zones.
- Any other fleet management duties as required
**Experience**
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to set priorities, manage your time and workload and dependably meet strict deadlines.
- Ensure tasks are completed within timelines to a high degree of accuracy and professionalism.
- Confident can-do attitude and a willingness to support stakeholders in effectively doing their job.
- Solution oriented approach to problem solving and decision making.

- Knowledge of the safety and legal procedures for handling and receiving goods
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships with multiple and diverse stakeholders.
- Well-developed administration and organisation skills with strong attention to detail.
- Applicable computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office including Word, Excel.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the functionality of machinery and equipment
- Cultural sensitivity and awareness.
**Qualifications**
In-depth knowledge of transport legislation compliance and the legal compliance for fleet and drivers and preferably a CPC qualification.
