**Regional HR Manager, UK and Europe**
**Based Birmingham, occasional travel to London and further afield**
NashTech is growingand to support that we are looking for an HR Manager who can provide generalist HR support to our UK team and our growing European colleague base. This is a role for someone with the appetite to grow with the business, who is happy toplay a hands-on role whilst also aware of the longer-term strategic plan.
Working closely with the HR Director you will take the lead in the UK for our brand’s people matters and will from time to time support on adhoc projects contributing to the success of our Global Brand.
HR plays a key role in our business to help deliver on our**People Promise - Creating the moments that matter** ensuring a people centric approach is taken to how we attract, engage and inspire our colleagues
**The key responsibilities are**:
- Working with the HR Director and leadership team on an effective engagement strategy that puts our people at the heart of what we do
- Providing support and advice for all employee related issues
- Ensuring we hire the best talent -overviewing our interview process, working with the talent team to review profiles for key roles and acting as an early stage of the process
- Delivering on our commitment to support the development of our colleagues through career pathways and talent progression
- Ensuring fair pay practices are in place and we recognise our colleagues for their efforts
- Support with the completion of monthly HR data reporting including analysis of trend data; using data to effectively drive decisions that deliver great outcomes
- Support on HR projects such as system or platform roll outs
- Work with the Global HR team to share best practices, ensuring we all leverage our experiences to positively impact others
**Success criteria**:
- Self-belief - HR needs to believe in its own capabilities and how it can add strategic value to the organisation.
- Independence - HR needs to be courageous enough to challenge the business and leadership, even when it might not be the most popular option.
- Knowing the business - HR needs to understand the business, its strategy, its purpose, its culture and be able to have meaningful conversations about those things.
- Relationships - HR needs to be able to build and facilitate relationships across the organisation that are based on trust and are productive for all stakeholders.
- 'OneHR’- HR needs to connect its capabilities into a joined-up approach so that the business sees a seamless service. This is internal partnering in practice.
