Our client is embarking on a key programme focused on delivering for their most vulnerable customers. We’re assisting our client to mobilise a proven Process Analyst who will take the AS IS and run a series of workshops in order to identify gaps or non-complianceto regulations, in order to build the TO BE customer journeys that satisfy the regulations.

As Process Analyst you’ll play a critical part in the preparation, facilitation and wrap-up of workshops. You can expect your responsibilities to include:

- Attend workshops and relevant working sessions to understand and capture the necessary process requirements.
- Ensure any new or amended Process Maps are tracked accordingly.
- Work with Programme Process Lead, Customer Experience Lead, and Compliance Lead to ensure the TO BE state delivers the programme outcomes.
- Undertake high-level systems requirements gathering where existing functionality needs to be shaped further.

**Our client is looking for**

Given the nature of this programme, we’re looking for a proven Process Analyst who will be able to hit the ground running. You’ll be process-minded, coupled with a collaborative and facilitative approach.
- Proven experience of Process Analysis, Process Mapping, Process Improvement and Continuous Improvement in a customer focused initiatives in a services industry.
- Process modelling knowledge and tools.
- Well-developed facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience of regulatory programmes and conducting gap analysis to regulations.
- Delivery of AS IS and TO BE journeys that satisfy the regulations.
- Lean Six Sigma, Green or Black Belt.
- PRINCE2/APM, Agile.
