**Process Improvement Analyst**

**About the role**

In this role you will join the central Process Improvement team and be responsible for driving cross functional process improvements that support enhanced customer experience, growth, efficiency and current strategic goals. Reporting to the Process & OrganisationManager, you will scope, plan and execute various improvement projects across the business. You will be required to manage all key stakeholders, adhere to relevant governance and track associated project benefits. You will deliver a number of projects (ofvarying sizes and complexity) a year whilst also enabling a continuous improvement culture across the business through the provision of Lean training, coaching, mentoring and the deployment of Visual Performance Management.

Pay Zone B2

**This role is eligible for Hybrid working (up to 2 days working from home per week). The manager is happy to consider and discuss specific flex working needs at interview.**

**Salary range: £35 - 43,000 (depending on experience) plus £4,200 bonus, Car/cash allowance & superb benefits**

- Excellent prioritising, planning and organisational skills
- A highly motivated and self-driven mind set
- Ability to perform root cause analysis, problem solve and implement change
- Proven networking, influencing and relationship building skills
- Scrum and/or Robotic Process Automation (RPA) highly desirable
