**Installations Team Leader**

**Installations Team Leader Responsibilities**
- Build an empowered, motivated and passionate team, rewarding customer focused behaviours, managing performance and driving a culture of ownership and continuous improvement;
- Oversee the day-to-day operational management of the team, ensuring customer installations are completed in a timely manner and customers receive an excellent service;
- Become an expert in our products and develop technical knowledge through working in conjunction with Engineers and Electricians in order to support the daily operation of the team;
- Identify and address operational problems and seek new opportunities for the company;
- Maintain accurate tracking and reporting of all incomplete installations;
- Supporting company growth in terms of profitability and efficiencies;
- Support the Installations Manager with daily tasks and the strategic development of the team;
- Take ownership of customer journeys and see problems through to resolution, including complaint investigation and resolution;
- Review business data to seek out trends and opportunities.

**Skills & Experience Required**
- A minimum of 2 years Team Leader experience, overseeing and coordinating a team of at least 8 individuals;
- Experience in operational management relating to installation of products at customers premises is highly desirable, but not essential;
- Proven ability to proactively lead and influence a team to maintain the highest levels of customers service;
- Demonstrable experience in delivering a set of team objectives and performance requirements;
- Proven problem solver with good analytical skills;
- Experienced customer services background;
- Ability to learn technical aspects relating to our products and provide support to the team.
