**Project Support Administrator - Environment**

**Normanton**

**What you will be doing**:
An opportunity has arisen for a Project Support Administrator to join the team at Galliford Try.

You will work on our Yorkshire Water Frameworks within our Environment Business, who are experienced in successfully delivering schemes of varying sizes, predominately to the Water Industry, across both Treatment Waste and Water schemes.

Ideally, you will be based in or around the Normanton area.

You will be an integral part of Project Delivery team, working with the Construction Manager to manage and update a labour planner with the focus on ensuring site labour is fully utilised and planned in for the foreseeable future.

In your role as Project Support Administrator, you will assist the operational site teams with the coordination of administrative queries, resources, equipment, meetings, and information.

You will be the first point of contact for our stakeholders, welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant person.

You will be responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are completed to the highest standards, working closely with our leadership team to organise and maintain the internal database, coordinate calendars and meetings, and organise the distribution of site documentation.

You will play a primary role in ensuring that all office administrative functions are coordinated to achieve a high level of productivity for the project, with the goal of getting them completed on time and within budget.
