MLC Partners are working with an NHS Trust in London, who are looking for a Medical Workforce Consultant to join them on a 9 month contract.

This role will oversee a team responsible for medical staffing and medical education. There will be two aspects to this role:
- Overseeing the running of the BAU service
- Reviewing the service and structure
To be considered for this role, you must have:

- Extensive experience and knowledge of NHS Terms and Conditions
- Previous experience of working in a medical workforce role
- Experience of leading service reviews
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills

This role will is considered inside IR35 and you will be required to be on site, 2-3 days per week.
