**Job Brief**
The role involves working within the Service & Maintenance Team, carrying out a multitude of administrative tasks in accordance with the Company guidelines.
You will be trained on Fuzion 4’s operating system and will be expected to gain an awareness of various fire and security systems, as well as learning industry terminology.
This is a team-based role, but the ability to work confidently and effectively on your own initiative will be paramount. You must be well presented, a quick learner, and able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment.
**Contractual Information**
**Job Type**: Full-time, Permanent, Office Based
**Hours of Work**: Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5pm with a 30minute unpaid break for lunch
**Salary**: £24,500
**Sign-on Bonus**: 10% of the annual salary (2.5% after successful completion of 3-month probation, further 5% after 6-months and remaining 2.5% after 1-year). Subject to qualifying terms.
You will receive 22 days of paid holiday plus all UK statutory Bank Holidays, which increases with time served. You will also be auto-enrolled onto the workplace pension scheme after successful completion on 3-month probation, which you can opt out of should you choose.
**Responsibilities & Duties**
- General day to day administration.
- Answering telephones promptly and resolving customer queries.
- Update customer’s details as and when required.
- Book & deal with system breakdowns, services, general & quoted works.
- Allocate engineers using the scheduler against estimated times.
- Raise new enquiries for our estimating team.
- Liaise with third party organisations (police constabularies, keyholding agencies, ARC’s etc.)
- Issue maintenance agreements.
- Represent the organisation to a high standard at all times.
- Liaise with all departments within the Fuzion 4 Group.
- Cover colleague’s duties as and when required.
- Transfer customers through to technicians for technical responses and assistance.
- Assisting management with tasks and projects when required.
**Experience**
- Must have previous experience working in an administration environment.
- Must have a good understanding of the Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
**Skills & Competencies Required**
- Fluent in the English language, both spoken and written, as well as being literate and numerate.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Have the ability to correspond clearly, concisely, and politely with administrators, technicians, customers, and external organisations, whether by telephone or written communication.
- Have the skills to be multi-faceted and the ability to carry out numerous duties across various departments.
- Be confident and efficient in managing own time whilst carrying out a multitude of tasks.
