Insurance Administrator - Private Client

**Description**:
Lockton is the world’s largest privately held independent insurance broker. Their focus is to provide their clients with the best in risk management, insurance and employee benefits consulting.

The Lockton Private Clients division is currently looking for an accomplished Administrator to join the team. Within the position you will provide pivotal support to the team in respect of client service.

Suitable applicants will have fast paced administrative experience in a professional environment. Insurance industry experience is preferable but not essential.

**Your remit will encompass the following areas of responsibility**:

- Provide support to Account Executives / Account Managers in the onboarding of new clients, and overall servicing of our clients insurance policies and retention of the business.
- Creation of client records on the broker data system, and processing of mid term adjustments and renewals
- Preparation and issuance of client invoices for new business, renewals or adjustments
- Creation of client documentation and quote / renewal packs in conjunction with the Account Executives / Account Managers
- PC/Microsoft Windows/Keyboard skills
- Basic/intermediate use of spreadsheets and databases
- Typing and keyboard skills
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in data entry
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing with clients, insurers and other colleagues.
- Ability to manage time, prioritise and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- The entrepreneurial culture of the Lockton business is reflected in empowering their associates to act quickly, learn fast and provide the right solutions for their clients.
