If the answer's 'yes' then we want to hear from you Due to increased demand for our world class products, we are looking for people with related skills to come and join the team as Aerospace Fitters at our large manufacturing site in Filton, Bristol. Here we manufacture large, complex structural wing assemblies, detailed metallic components and wing systems for a combination of both civil and military aircraft.

To help us make a difference, you’ll bring your passion and expertise/ talent for what you do. You'll also have completed a recognised apprenticeship in one of the following trades:
Motor Mechanics
Coppersmiths
Sheet Metal Workers

Marine Fitters
Agricultural Fitters
Fabricator

Plumbers
Welders
Pattern Makers

Pipe Fitters
Gas Fitters
Coach Makers

Platers
Jig Erectors
A/C Fitters

What We'll Provide
If you're joining us on the skills transfer scheme, we'll provide training and support over two years to help you achieve a nationally recognised Level 3 NVQ Technical Certificate Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Aeronautical Engineering (Aircraft Manufacture Mechanical)

**Starting salaries**:
If you're an already qualified apprentice within Aerospace, your salary will be £31,084 rising to £32,357 pa

If you'll join our skills transfer scheme, your starting salary will be £29,400, rising to £32,357 pa when fully trained.
