**Hospitality IT Support Technician - Customer Helpdesk**

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Hospitality experience** - You understand the challenges of service, cashing up, and stocktaking.
**Excellent communication skills** - You’re patient, polite, and great at solving problems.
**Customer service mindset** - You care about helping people and building relationships.
**Basic tech interest** - No IT experience needed; we’ll train you

**Full UK Driving Licence**- Required for client site visits

**Desirable (but not essential) Skills**:

- General computer literacy
- Your own vehicle

**What to Expect**:

- **Starting salary: £24-26k per year** with room for growth.
- **Training & support** from a team that understands your background.
- **A typical day?** Answering customer queries, learning how hospitality computer systems operate, and gradually progressing to remote troubleshooting of software, hardware, and networks.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
