**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:
The Maintenance Planner will provide support to the Engineering Team in the area of work planning, scheduling, spare parts ordering, control, and record keeping. Will maintain and monitor all Engineering records and systems including CMMS information relative to equipment, service contracts, statutory records, training records, TPM and Maintenance Excellence data. Will view and update preventive maintenance programs and provide maintenance performance data to all stakeholders. Will provide training across the Factory in areas of his expertise.

Support the Engineering Management function on request and provide information and data as required. Uses their expertise to ensure full compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and ensures full compliance with Corporate HSE requirements, being audit ready at all times.

The Maintenance Planner will as directed by the Engineering Manager, support the Engineering department in line with their core skill/ competence area to ensure Engineering issues are resolved in line with facility priorities and requirements.

**Supervisory Responsibilities**:

- No supervisory responsibilities; accountable for own contribution

**Requirements and Preferred Skills**:

- 0-1 year(s) of experience
- HND/HNC or equivalent in an engineering related discipline and
- Relevant demonstrable experience within a similar industrial sector is preferred.
- Experience in SAP controls would be desirable.
