With a network of 16 branches across Scotland and the North of England, we offer a comprehensive range of property preservation and repair services to property owners, building professionals, local businesses and local authorities.
**Role**
We are now looking to employ a Contract coordinator/Administrator to become part of our team.
- **Full Time/Permanent - **_Monday to Thursday 08:00am to 5:00pm & Friday, 08:00am to 16:00pm.
**Salary/Hourly Rate**: Competitive
- Programming and scheduling works for the tradesmen and Subcontractors
- Stock control
- Arrange training for operatives and staff
- Accurately process a wide range of documents
- Update and monitor company vehicles servicing and maintenance.
**Knowledge, Experience & Requirements**
- Reliable, dependable, and proactive approach at all times
- Proficient I.T. skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Being able to work as part of a team
- Proven record in excellent customer service
- Clean driving License
