Job Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Victoria, London, SW1E
**Job Type**: Permanent - Hybrid working
**Salary**: £25,000 - £32,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday - 9.00am to 5.00pm
- THE COMPANY
Our well renowned client in London Victoria are looking for a HR Coordinator to join their team. This role is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to develop their HR skills and progress their career within HR.
CIPD qualification is not required however a bit of background experience within a HR role is required.
The company size is 250 employees across 5 locations within the UK.
SKILLS REQUIRED
- Previous experience within a HR role
- Strong Excel skills
- Good attention to detail
- Strong Administration skills
- Have a genuine interest in learning HR and ER processes
- Educated to GCSE level or equivalent
RESPONSIBILITIES
- On boarding new starters
- Providing administration support across the full employee life cycle
- Processing leavers
- Regular updating the system to ensure it is up to date
- Being the first point of contact for HR issues
- Supporting HR and compliance
- Reporting into the HR Manager and supporting with any duties required
- Running payroll monthly for the employees
- Getting involved with ER cases - Absence and sick leave
- Any ad hoc administration duties that are required
