Regional Clinical Lead

We specialise in delivering clinically led complex support to young people and adults in their own home and in the community to improve their lives and help them achieve a positive outcome. Due to the recent changes and the level of success that CAHG have seen within our Complex Care Division, we are looking for a a dynamic and professional Nurse, with excellent leadership and a can-do attitude to join us as a Regional Clinical Lead. The purpose of this role, is to support our Complex Division to effectively co-ordinate and oversee the Nursing and Complex Care staff, to ensure that CAHG are delivering a safe, person centred and effective care to our service users. **Regional Clinical Lead Roles & Responsibilites**: - To ensure that there is a high-level of person centred care delivered to our service users, and there is professional development to all care staff who are providing the care and support. - Develop complex/clinical practise and proffessional competence to the Complex division. - To liase with our service users, thier families and guardians, including members of the multidisciplinary teams. - The Regional Clinica Lead role is critical to devoping and contributing to the hig level of care that we provide in the service and early intervention strategies. - To manintain a current NMC registration. - To be accoutanable and responsive when overseeing assessing, planning, implementing and evalutaing the clinical care. - To support the division with clinical assessments. - To develop working relationships with local hospitals to support with the continuity of care. - To observe the clinical policies, procedures and standards, enuring that all Complex/Clinical professionals follow these. - To support Complex division with completing competency assessments on field, for example; PEG, Trachey, Stoma, Suction, Ventalator. - To support with Clinical training to the care team to ensure they are competent, covering PEG, Trachey, Suction and many more. - To be available to provide oncall services. - To support cover for other members of the team where necessary. **Essential Requirements**: - NMC Registration - 12 Months Nursing Experience - Complex/Clinical undrestanding - Both organised and willing to prioritise workload within a fast-paces environment - Full UK Driving License, as you will be required to support with Clinical packages that we cover accross the North West.
