We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Midwife to join our healthcare team. The ideal Midwife will be dedicated to providing exceptional care to expectant mothers throughout their pregnancy, labour, and postnatal periods. As a Midwife, you will play a crucial role in supporting families during one of the most significant times in their lives, ensuring both maternal and infant health.

**Duties**
- Provide comprehensive antenatal care, including assessments and screenings for expectant mothers.
- Assist in labour and delivery, offering support and guidance to mothers during childbirth.
- Conduct postnatal check-ups for mothers and newborns, ensuring proper recovery and health.
- Educate families on pregnancy, childbirth, breastfeeding, and newborn care.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using IT systems.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to maternal care.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, addressing any concerns or questions they may have.
- Manage time efficiently to balance patient care responsibilities with administrative duties.
**Experience**
- Qualified Midwife with relevant certification and licensure.
- Valid Right To Work in the UK
- Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred; experience as a nurse is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and colleagues.
- Proficient in using IT systems for record-keeping and patient management.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
