**About us**
We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join us in our Purchase Ledger Hub here at Vertu Mercedes-Benz of BeaconsfieldYou will be part of a dedicated team looking after our 5 Vertu Mercedes Benz dealerships in the South East.
We are offering a basic salary of between £20,000 and £25,000 depending upon skills and experience, plus a fantastic range of Company benefits.
**About the Role**
As our Purchase Ledger Clerk you will support the Accounts function in all aspects of dealership accounts.We are looking for the right person to:

- Process high volumes of invoices.
- Match, batch, scan, code and file all invoices, statements and remittances.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Process monthly payment run.
- Deal with any invoice discrepancies and any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
- Assist in processing colleague expense claims and aiding in the preparation of management accounts.
