**Role Overview**

As the Retail Media Client Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to THG Ingenuity's retail partners, bringing external expertise and proven experience from Retail Media Networks or agencies. Your role is to challenge and guide clients to unlock the full commercial potential of retail media, shaping strategies that deliver measurable business growth.

You will lead high-impact client engagements, building strong client relationships, and providing actionable, insight-driven recommendations. By combining deep knowledge of retail ecosystems, shopper marketing, and digital media monetisation, you will help clients optimise their retail media operations and drive incremental revenue streams.

This role requires a blend of strategic consulting expertise, commercial acumen, and hands-on retail media experience to position THG Ingenuity as the partner of choice in retail media innovation.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as a trusted strategic advisor, challenging client thinking and influencing senior stakeholders to adopt best-in-class retail media practices
- Lead client projects from scoping through to delivery, ensuring strategic recommendations are actionable and deliver tangible business outcomes
- Translate client objectives into clear, measurable retail media strategies, with defined implementation plans across marketing, commercial, technology, and operations
- Collaborate closely with client teams (Marketing, CRM, IT, Commercial, Promotions, Analytics) to ensure strategies are effectively executed and embedded
- Provide data-driven recommendations by analysing retailer sales data, shopper behaviour, and media performance benchmarks
- Identify emerging trends, technologies, and opportunities in retail media, ensuring THG Ingenuity remains at the forefront of the industry
- Represent THG Ingenuity at industry events, client meetings, and in media to showcase thought leadership
- Drive THG Ingenuity revenue by advancing client relationships, offering innovative solutions to realise full retail media potential

**Required Skills & Experience**
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail media
- Strong knowledge of retail media networks and programmatic advertising
- Demonstrable experience of working with Retailers, Media Agencies and Brands
- Track record of consulting with senior retail stakeholders and driving strategic transformation.
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with the ability to interpret complex retail and media data into actionable insights
- Excellent stakeholder management and presentation skills, with experience challenging and influencing clients
- Proficiency in retail media technology platforms, DSPs, and analytics tools
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, growth-focused environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
