An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled and dynamic nurse to become part of our developing CAMHS Eating Disorder Service in theSwansea Bay/Neath Port Talbotarea.
The successful person will have the opportunity to develop the CAMHS Eating Disorder Service in Swansea Bay/Neath Port Talbot. You will be working with a dedicated team of practitioners to ensure a timely, quality, responsive and evidence based service is in place to meet the needs of the young people requiring the service.
The post holder will be responsible for a team of dedicated staff and will provide timely, appropriate assessments of children and young people presenting with an eating disorder; the ability to make balanced decisions and use positive approaches in line with best practice, whilst managing potentially high pressure situations is an essential part of this role.
The post involves interagency liaison within the locality with all relevant agencies as needed.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
