Payroll Administrators - Trainee Role - Good promotion pathway - Hybrid Working
A large organisation is looking to add to its team of payroll administrators. The role has recently been re-evaluated and is a great opportunity for someone with some payroll exposure, or possibly from a transferable industry, such as HR or business administration.This is for those who wish to forge a career in payroll. Some key responsibilities include:
- Supporting payroll officers with payroll processing
- Responsibility for own small section of payroll to give experience in the role
- Checks and balances for payroll
- Assisting with ensuring correct payment
- Dealing with discrepancies
**The Organisation**
This is a large organisation adding to their payroll administration team. Offering hybrid working and good benefits, this could be a long term role for someone starting a career in payroll.
**The Person**
- Attention to detail
- Exposure to payroll procedures, or potential transferable experience
- Ability to work across multiple different subsidiaries in the organisation
- Organised and meticulous
- Usage of Excel spreadsheets
- Strong team worker
