Compliance Admin Officer

**Portfolio/responsibilities of this role**
As part of the Compliance Team you will be a dynamic, customer focused individual ideally with a background in health and safety and compliance but not essential.
Your duties will be to assist with:
- Working as part of a team to ensure all buildings within the operational portfolio are compliant with legal obligations and operational PPM’s.
- Work as part of a team to ensure all operational buildings have risk assessments for fire, water, gas, LOLER, electrics and asbestos and any subsequent works requested are undertaken.
Support the Compliance Officer to deliver Monthly
Statutory Compliance KPI’s.
Input data into corporate IT systems including Technology Forge, Shine, Maximo and be proficient in excel and data manipulation
Prepare performance reports for the Compliance Officer or other Managers as requested.
Assist with supporting compliance data management across all buildings within the operational portfolio including fire, water, gas, electrics and asbestos and any subsequent works requested.
Liaise with Bouygues and other contractors to obtain quality data extract from their systems.
Assist with audits to check whether buildings are compliant across Westminster.
Ensure that contractor PPM’s are undertaken and monitored to completion with satisfactory certification.
Manage information and data, including ensuring the data system (TF cloud) has up to date certificates and other evidence stored as available / required.
Report non-compliance issues to your line manager and other managers as appropriate or requested.
Any other reasonable duties as requested by your line manager.
**Experience**
You will/may have experience of:
- Assist with managing statutory administration (fire, water, gas, electric and asbestos, LOLER etc.) and PPM compliance.
- Managing risk assessments administration for gas, electric, asbestos, fire, LOLER and water and PPM’s.
- Using a variety IT data systems for data management monitoring and reporting.
- Working within an open performance focused culture.
- Analysing and managing information and data manipulation.
- Preparing reports on for example performance.
- Working with other teams for example on health and safety matters.
- Assisting with compliance audits.
**Skills**
You will/may have:
The ability to work independently on for example site audits.
The ability to work as part of a team.
The ability to work across team boundaries.
Ability to manage own workload and prioritise to meet deadlines.
Ability to report issues and problems to your line manager.
Ability to undertake compliance audits of buildings.
Excellent communication skills including writing and presentation skills.
The ability to understand and support in the management contracts.
The ability to communicate with contractors, colleagues, WCC services and others as required.
