An exciting opportunity has become available to work within our growing Venture Onward Service. We have full time roles available. We provide bespoke, community-based support packages to individuals with a complex need; including a mental health diagnosis and autism spectrum disorder. Our clients may have spent an extended period on hospital or other setting. We work with a person-centred approach; empowering individuals to become as independent as possible within their own home.

**Benefits**

You will work in a varied and dynamic working environment with competitive rates of pay (£21,112- £23,750 per annum pro rata) up to 45 hours per week and benefits scheme. You will receive full induction training, continued professional development and flexible working with including evenings and weekends. Excellent support from experienced management and the wider clinical leadership team plus an opportunity to get involved in this new and exciting service from the ground up.

**Responsibilities and Duties**

Your role will be delivering quality support that enables people to achieve their outcomes by using and developing person-centred support plans. You will be able to manage risks and vulnerabilities whilst promoting social inclusion and maximising the opportunities for the people you support.

**Qualifications and Skills**

You should have an enthusiasm and interest in working within the mental health sector with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a willingness to go the extra mile. You should have a flexible approach that respects individual differences with an ability to work as part of a team as well as independently, using your initiative.
