**The Role**

As the first line of support for our aviation customers you will help them to solve anything from basic to moderately complex enquiries on products, orders, pricing, and technical services. You will help them to identify which products accessories and plan of action is best for them. To do that you will be given full training so that you are extremely knowledgeable on specification, capabilities and the operation of all Garmin Aviation products. You will even help to identify and recommend improvements to Garmin products, documentation and procedures. No two days will ever be the same

**About You**

With at least a years’ experience in customer services and strong communication skills both written and verbal, you will also have the ability to multitask and quickly prioritise. You should also be quick to learn and grasp new concepts and skills. As a great problem solver and with a demonstrable interest in aviation, you will thoroughly enjoy helping our aviation customers quickly resolve issues.
