**The company and role**

Our client is looking for someone who has been working within a Technical IFA Administration role and who is looking to gain more technical experience.

This is working directly with the owner of the business and you will be working with ultra high net worth clients and involved in technical calculations and project based client planning. The level of client care within the firm is on a completely differentlevel and therefore its an incredibly collaborative environment to work out the best plan for each client.

There are 16 staff within the company based over two offices and they offer a structured career development and exam plan based around your goals - whether that be working towards an Advisory position or continuing to Chartered. They have expanded rapidlyin the last few years, however have been very conscious to keep the 'family feel’ of their practice. Cultural fit is key as they are an integral part of each of the communities their office is based in.

They are based in a fantastic office environment in Shipley and after the initial training offer hybrid working.
