Fleet Sales Administrator

If the answer is yes to the above then we want to hear from you Our Toyota Division is looking to recruit a new Fleet Sales Administrator. Based at within our Sales Administration team in Maidstone
About the position
A large part of the Fleet Sales Administrator position involves:
- Process all new fleet bookings and ensure all systems are up to date
- Maintain high levels of accuracy in every operation
- Maintain and update all spreadsheets as required
- Chase the various Sales Admin members ensuring lines are pushed
- Pass all job cards to the workshop in date order
- Invoice completed deliveries
- Support the Sales Administration Team with other Sales Admin matters relating to other Vehicle within the Toyota Division as required
- Keep up to date with all filing
- Maintain a professional manner at all times with colleagues and external stakeholders
About our requirements
We expect our new Fleet Administrator to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including:
- Ability to work to deadlines and targets.
- Strong teamwork skills.
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills.
- Confident and professional communication skills.
