As a Maintenance Person you will be a part of a team of motivated and skilled team members to provide an effective and efficient maintenance function throughout the resort. Reporting to the Head of Maintenance, the main job duties are:

- Ensure all facilities and common areas in the resort are functional and presentable
- Fulfil all maintenance requirements in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure all relevant administration is completed in a timely and accurate manner
- To decorate / improve the appearance of units, facilities and common areas
- To conduct pre-arrival checks on units and establish any defects that may have occurred whilst units are occupied
- To conduct emergency ad hoc maintenance in a timely manner, as and when required

**Skills and experience required to fulfil the role include**:

- Good working knowledge and experience of using a minimum of one trade is advantageous
- The ability to take ownership of customer problems
- Developed communication skills, able to express self clearly and listen fully to others
- Health and safety experience is advantageous
- Good general maintenance skills
- Ability to multi task and work under pressure
- Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
- Have a ‘can do’ and positive approach
