Smokefree Engagement Officer

**About us**:
We are seeking a determined and creative individual to join our dynamic team at LiveWire Warrington. As part of the team, you will provide high quality stop smoking behavioural support and pharmacological advise in accordance with NCSCT guidelines to those wishing to stop smoking.
**The role**:
This post will play a critical role with a primary focus of re-engaging with those smokers who have accessed the service but have made a previous unsuccessful quit attempt, or those classed as lost to follow up. To also provide ongoing support to clients that have been successful with a quit attempt at four weeks and to encourage a smoke free outcome at 12 months.
