**Salary**: £12-15 ph

**Position Overview**

The Content & Design Executive will perform a range of duties, mostly made up of content and graphic design tasks but the job role will also include some administrative tasks and you will also be expected to help with events on occasion.

The role supports the execution of marketing campaigns, day-to-day operations, and content creation to ensure seamless delivery of the company’s marketing objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Content Creation and Management**

**Web Pages and Blogs**:

- Write, edit, and publish engaging content for the company’s website and blog.
- Create visually appealing and well-written and structured web pages.

**Newsletters**:

- Develop monthly newsletters to keep customers and staff informed about updates and promotions.
- Curate and present content in an engaging format that reflects the brand’s identity.

**Print Assets**:

- Create brochures, flyers, and other print materials to support sales and marketing initiatives.

**Brand Consistency and Messaging**:

- Ensure all content reflects the brand’s voice, tone, and identity.
- Maintain consistency in messaging across digital and print platforms.
- Proofread and edit all content to ensure accuracy and professionalism.

**3. Campaign Execution**
- Help implement marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

**4. Administrative Support**
- Maintain and organise marketing databases and tools as instructed.
- Help with any other related tasks the CEO or Head of Marketing may need.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 2 years minimum experience in a marketing or design role.
- Proficiency with marketing and design platforms and tools (Wordpress, Canva, social media platforms, Hubspot or Mailchimp).
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Creative mindset with excellent design, writing and editing skills.

Will need to be able to show us a range of examples of content created in previous roles.
