Masterclass Education are working with a lovely alternative school in the Peacehaven area who provide a safe and happy environment for the children to thrive in their education and drive them to succeed.

The school provides alternative provision for students struggling with Mainstream Education due to their specific needs and providing dedicated time and managed resources along with supporting them with their education so allow a smooth transition back into a Mainstream Environment.

The head would like to recruit a Learning Support Assistant to work with a student 1:1 that have SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs). You will be aiding them with their work set by the teacher, you will be fully immersed into the life of the school and encouraged to be proactive in your role alongside your colleagues.

**Job role**:

Masterclass Education work exclusively with a large amount of Primary, Secondary and SEN schools across the area who look for MCE staff to be with them on daily cover, short/long term contracts.
