Job Summary Learning4Life‑Gy is seeking an enthusiastic, motivated, flexible, resilient and committed Teaching Assistant with experience supporting learners with complex needs. As a core member of our team, you will assist learners aged 14‑19 with SEN, providing support both in groups and one‑to‑one. Key Responsibilities Collaborate closely with teachers to plan and prepare lessons and deliver tailored activities. Facilitate group work and utilise a range of instructional materials and technologies to enhance learning. Support learners with reading, positively manage behaviour and contribute to their social and emotional development. Develop and implement personalised learning plans or interventions, monitor progress, and collaborate with teachers, trusted adults and external professionals. Assist with administrative tasks including record‑keeping, preparing classroom resources, managing equipment and technology, and supporting teachers with documentation. Provide personal care in line with Learning4Life‑Gy’s Personal Care Policy where required, and perform other reasonable duties expected at this level. Requirements & Qualifications Applicants must be able to undertake an enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check and provide satisfactory references.
