**Job summary**:
We currently have a vacancy for an Executive Team Assistant to join our organisation. CCW supports thousands of customers with complaints they have been unable to resolve directly with their water company and carry out research on a wide range of water issues and publish our findings to influence the future direction of the industry that benefits consumers. Our Committees in England and Wales and team of Consumer Advocates represent consumer interests to a wide range of stakeholders, including Government, regulators and water companies.

The Executive Team Assistant will provide proactive support to the Executive Team members and also provide diary management for the Welsh Chair, maintaining strict confidentiality whilst sustaining a high level of professionalism among staff.

**Job description**:
Job summary

Administrative tasks
- Manage communications for relevant Exec team members and Wales Chairman.
- Identify, collect, collate and complete initial analysis of information, taking proactive action wherever possible
- Manage filing system including identifying papers for individual meetings and overdue actions
- Maintain records, produce presentations and materials for various meetings, conferences and seminars
- Arrange catering and travel arrangements
- Process invoices, complete GPC card logs and expenses claims
- Carry out other administrative tasks as required

Monitor progress of deliverables
- Monitor progress of projects, highlighting any issues
- Send reminders & chase outstanding actions

Arrange internal/external meetings/events
- Arrange meetings and events; prepare agendas, take minutes and distribute the necessary documentation

Data and analysis
- On behalf of Exec members, identify key messages and create presentations, reports, papers and or spreadsheets

Other tasks
- Offer administration support to the Board Secretary as required
- General administrative duties such as printing and photocopying
- Copy typing, including confidential material, and proof reading documents prior to issue
- Provide cover and occasional support for CEO/Chair’s Personal Assistants
