Fortnum & Mason are looking for an exceptional Sales Associate (40 hours) to join our dynamic Terminal 4 pop-up store. Responsible for delivering world-class service, our new team member will be passionate about our products and skilled at bringing them to life for each and every customer.

Reporting to the Assistant Manager, our Sales Associate will provide outstanding service on the shop floor, ensure stock levels are maintained, present products impeccably, and achieve departmental KPIs through a blend of individual excellence and teamwork.

Our Sales Associate will have the opportunity to captivate customers with their product knowledge, so a confident, engaging, and friendly personality is essential.
- Have a genuine passion for luxury retail.
- Demonstrate previous experience in a relevant role.
- Enjoy creating memorable experiences for our customers.
- Be eager to learn our products inside-out, with a constant thirst for knowledge.

As this role is airside, flexibility with shifts and working patterns is crucial, including early morning starts from 5am.
