**Location**: Heathrow Airport Terminal

**Your Role**:
As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales productivity, efficiency, and delivering unparalleled customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
**Customer Service**:

- Boosting store sales with exceptional service and product knowledge.
- Greeting customers promptly with a friendly and courteous demeanor.
- Providing prompt follow-up with customers and handling phone enquiries/sales efficiently.
- Addressing customer enquiries and complaints with confidence and professionalism.
- Understanding after-sales services, repair policies, and exchange/refund policies.

**Visual Merchandising**:

- Implementing company/brand guidelines and visual merchandising standards.
- Ensuring products are clean, tidy, and attractively presented.
- Maintaining high levels of store housekeeping and layout knowledge.

**Administration**:

- Assisting in handling financial transactions and completing paperwork accurately.
- Adhering to store and company rules and standards.
- Actioning markdowns, price changes, and discontinued lines.
- Liaising with head office and other stores as needed.

**Stock Control**:

- Daily replenishment of stock and processing deliveries/transfers.
- Assisting in ticketing products correctly and conducting stock counts.
- Maintaining tidy and methodical stockroom areas.

**General**:

- Promoting the image of the company positively.
- Maintaining good relationships with management and staff.
- Assisting in any other duties as requested by your manager or area manager.
- Liaising with head office/host store management when necessary.
- Ensuring high security awareness and using security systems efficiently.
- Maintaining the required standard of appearance and hygiene.
- Assisting in other company locations when necessary.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £11.00-£12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (required)
