We are looking for an enthusiastic, experienced administrator to join our busy Mental Health Team and Substance Misuse Team.
The Team Administrator will be responsible for providing a comprehensive and confidential administrative support to the HMP Garth Mental Health Team.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the manager and team, minute taking of meetings, typing of letters, filing, diary management and other general administrative duties.
The successful post holder will be responsible for processing referrals in a timely manner, ensuring all personal information is recorded accurately and confidentially.
Answer incoming calls to the service, arranging appointments, and complete general correspondence letters/reports.
The post holder will provide an administrative function to the Mental Health Team at HMP Garth, be responsible for taking minutes for team meetings, answering a high volume of calls on a daily basis as well as complete other administrative tasks.
