**Overview**:
We are now seeking an enthusiastic IT apprentice to join our team.

**Title** - IT First Line Service Desk Support Analyst Apprentice.

**Program** - IT Systems and Networking, Azure Cloud Support Specialist, Level 3 Apprenticeship.

**Main Responsibilities: [will be to:]**
- Record incoming incidents (via phone, monitoring systems, chat messages) in the service desk system and ensure incidents are kept updated throughout the lifecycle of the incident.
- Own incidents from inception to completion by liaising with 2nd and 3rd line teams and managing customer communications and expectations throughout the lifetime of the incident.
- Take responsibility for daily activities / tasks such as keeping up with monitoring and alerting systems.

**Entry requirements**:
The entry requirements for this Azure Cloud Support Specialist programme are as follows:

- GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.
